This is an easy answer– well sort of. Men will buy all of the magazines and watch the movies just to see their babes. So I don’t think it’s necessarily just a chick thing, as it is more of a human thing. We all grow up to emanate celebrities. And the fact that they are obviously in the position because they are obviously good looking is a just a bonus. Or rather a big fat duh! Women have a tendency to like guys that are in touch with their feminine side, or at least modern women are. Some of us still like a man to be a man and occasionally we will see that in a guy on the big screen. Okies, now onto the others. Women also like to fantasize and watch the paranormal shows that always have strong male leads and generally a damsel in distress. For instance with all of the supernatural shows on right now there are at least one strong male lead that oozes sex appeal. Generally they are ruggedly handsome, and strong voiced and don’t seem to be those pansy smansy men that are all about feelings.

Generally if you hear a man ever say, “You hurt my feelings.” All I can think is boo fucking hoo! OH my gosh get your shit together. If I wanted a chick I would have found one. Men are meant to protect women, and if a man is all emotional and crying, who is doing all of the protecting then? The women that like the men that are all boo hoo are generally the ones that are high maintenance, and can sit and drink a wine cooler and cry on each other’s shoulders all night long.
